How to compare the listed weapons
Start with damage type, because an enemy interaction can matter more than the largest number in the damage column. Then compare weight against the rest of the route loadout and durability against the number of encounters expected before returning to a repair station.
Listed damage is not damage per second. Fire rate, reload time, accuracy, charge use, ammunition, skill bonuses, and enemy resistance are outside this table. Multi-projectile weapons need extra care: Scrapshot lists damage per pellet and fires nine pellets, so its row should not be compared as if 12 were the entire shot.
Use sorting to narrow a shortlist, then open each row's official source before crafting or committing ammunition. The source page also records repair items, acquisition details, upgrades, and notes that do not fit safely in a compact comparison table.
