Requirements

You need Cooking Level 3 (Soupsmith) to start making soup. Equipment:

• Portable Stove (crafted: 2 Coil + 4 Plastic Scrap + 4 Metal Pipe + 1 Keyboard)
• Cooking Pot with 1,000 mL of clean water
• Soup Bowl (crafted: 1 Metal Scrap + 1 Stapler + 1 Glass Scrap + 1 Test Tube)

Cooking Tips

1. Always use clean water. Tainted water ruins the recipe.
2. Milk Sac appears in multiple high-value soups — Creamy Tomato Bisque, Mashed Potatoes, Pumpkin Soup, Creamy Corn Soup. Keep a stock.
3. Salt is the most-used ingredient — appears in 14+ recipes. Farm it.
4. Buffs stack with other food. Eat a combat buff soup before a boss fight, THEN eat healing food during.
5. Higher Cooking skill produces Carefully Cooked variants — better restoration values, longer buffs.
